Smarty pants

Every year the preschool my kids go to (Smart Start Academy) does a full blown huge production filled with singing and a play. This was the third program we've attended, two with Eve and now this one with Isaac. Lance and I know the all the songs by heart now and they've been stuck in our heads all week. Since Isaac is in the little three year old class he only was in the singing part, next year he will be in the playAs you can see he is VERY proud of himself and his performance.

Here he is trying to sing and do the arm motions- very hard :) And this is me cursing my camera and coveting after my friends who have nicer cameras that could get a nice close up from WAY BACK in the audience where I was sitting. The whole time I was thinking, if only I had a camera like Kimberly, Emily... ___ (Fill in the blank) I could get a decent picture of my son.

Isaac is in the green class. There are six different classes at his school but they only had 3 classes at one performance. The other three classes did theirs on Thursday.

And the best part of the show- they arm the three year olds with sticks!!! It was lots of fun and very cute. I never really think of Isaac as a "good" kid, though i love him to pieces, but when I see him in a class full of 3-4 year olds he stands out like and angel among the demons! Don't get me wrong, Isaac is a great kid, he just isn't the sit perfectly still, hands in lap do whatever he is told child but de did a very good job, followed along with the teacher, stayed in his spot and sang the songs despite the crazy wild monkey children running around all him on the stage. :) It wasn't that bad, but a lot of crazy things can happen with that many preschoolers on the stage.
